Hello, I’m speaking with you from Fort Monroe, Virginia. We’re also known as The Gateway to Freedom.

We sit right next to a little town called Phoebus, Virginia. Interestingly, they call themselves The Gateway to the New World.

Phoebus sits inside of Hampton, Virginia whose motto is First from the Sea, First to the Stars.

My name is Henry McElroy, Jr. a retiring, former State Representative from New Hampshire. Thank you for your attention to this brief message concerning the world’s interaction with both earth-based, and off-world astronauts.

The reason I am making this announcement is in the hopes of encouraging better perspective to all who explore the universe. Therefore, as a result, making a more valuable contribution to humanity, for the benefit of all faiths, all races and all nations.

Another reason I am here today is because I believe in the *foundational wisdom of our nation, which was laid down by our founding fathers and because we know that highly advanced knowledge and information can assist human beings in solving various problems both in current times, and in our future.

When I was in the New Hampshire State Legislature, I served on the State Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs committee. It was, apparently, important that as a Representative of the Sovereign People who had elected me to this Honorable Office, that I be updated on a large number of topics related to the affairs of our People, and our Nation. As I understood it, some of those ongoing topics had been examined and categorized as Federal, State, Local development, and security matters. These documents related to various topics some of which spanned decades of our nation’s history. One of those recurring topics is the reason I am addressing you this evening.

I would like to submit to our nation my personal testimony of one document related to one of these ongoing topics which I saw while in office, serving on the State Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee.

The document I saw was an official brief to President Eisenhower. To the best of my memory this brief was pervaded with a sense of hope, and it informed President Eisenhower of the continued presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America.

The brief seemed to indicate that a meeting between the President and some of these visitors could be arranged as appropriate if desired.

The tone of the brief indicated to me that there was no need for concern, since these visitors were in no way, causing any harm, or had any intentions, whatsoever, of causing any disruption then, or in the future.

While I can’t verify the times or places or that any meeting or meetings occurred directly between Eisenhower and these visitors – - because of his optimism in his farewell address in 1961, I personally believe that Eisenhower did, indeed, meet with these extraterrestrial, off world astronauts.

I hope my personal testimony will aid the nation in its quest for continued enlightenment. I am honored to follow in the footsteps of those who have come forward with their personal testimonies – those who deserve the admiration of the American people for sharing their accounts publicly, in an effort to elevate our knowledge to a higher understanding of our existence.

ITCCS Update Communique - Brussels, London and Ottawa:

The Legal Advisory Group of the ITCCS Central Office has completed a list of specifications, indictments and defendants in a global class action lawsuit to be brought against the institutions responsible for centuries of genocide, torture and human trafficking.

The material will be submitted on September 15, 2012 to de jure Common Law courts which shall be officially convened on the same day to receive the application for proceedings.

These courts shall convene on traditional territories under Natural Land Law jurisdiction. An initial roster of confirmed judges for these courts has been approved.

September 15 is also the deadline issued by the ITCCS to the Vatican and Crown of England by which time they must respond to a program of ten measures or face prosecution and permanent disruption. (see posting at www.itccs.org, May 30, 2012)

The first typology, which I call Homo maris terris, are our genetic relatives from the time before the solar system catastrophe of 9,500 BC, when Earth and Mars were in contact. They resemble bald, homely Earthlings. This is the type that my father and I met at Curtiss-Wright in 1970. They are human beings, like human beings from Earth. It was clear that by 1970 they both had a more advanced space-faring capability than we did on Earth and were working with the United States government.

The second typology, which I call Homo maris, are the indigenous Martian humanoids. They have narrower heads, pointier ears, longer fingers, and smaller bodies than Earthlings. They resemble the creature in the vintage film, Nosferatu. We were advised that if hungry enough, they would sometimes kill and eat human visitors from Earth, so we should be wary of them. This is the type that I encountered when walking through the dilapidated brick city to deliver the data disk to the communications center there. They gave rise to the notion of "Martian" in folklore and popular culture on Earth.

The third typology, which I call Homo maris extraterrestrialis, resemble the Grey ETs of the UFO contact literature. This is the type that Courtney M. Hunt and William B. Stillings and I of the CIA’s jump room program encountered after I saw one that was sitting on the roof of the jump room facility called The Corkscrew when we arrived on Mars one time in 1981-82. As I exited The Corkscrew ahead of my fellow chrononauts, I called out to them, “Court, Brett! A Grey. On the roof. Observing us!” They are probably the result of a branch of the Greys that was left back on Mars at some time in Martian history. It was this type of Martian that is depicted in my historic image, “The Humanoid Being on Tsiolkovski Ridge,” which I published in 2008 in my landmark paper "The Discovery of Life on Mars," which is the first image of a humanoid being on another planet ever published on Earth.

There is a fourth typology of humanoid beings on Mars, the tiny ones that Dave Beamer has detected being crushed under the wheels of NASA’s Mars Exploration rovers. I don't include this type of Martian humanoid in this taxonomy because they are far smaller than the three other typologies of Martians and us.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – A third whistle blower has confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama was a participant in the CIA’s teleportation "jump room" program of the early 1980’s.

Bernard Mendez made this allegation during a seminar held in Vancouver, British Columbia on June 1st under the auspices of the B.C.-based ExoUniversity.org.

During the seminar, Mr. Mendez stated that he, Mr. Obama, former DARPA director Regina E. Dugan, Andrew D. Basiago, and William B. Stillings attended a jump room training class taught by Maj. Ed Dames at College of the Siskiyous in Summer 1980.

Bernard Mendez also stated that he teleported with Mr. Obama and Mr. Basiago in jumps that took place from 1981 to 1983, when Obama and Basiago were college students.

At the time, Mr. Mendez, who once served as a special assistant to President Richard M. Nixon, was investigating the jump room program for the US intelligence community.

On November 8, 2011, this reporter was the first to report revelations made by Basiago and Stillings that Obama served with them in the jump room program of the early 1980’s.

The two chrononauts then appeared on late night talk radio’s Coast-to-Coast AM with Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, the great-granddaughter of US President Dwight D. Eisenhower, to discuss their involvement in the US secret space program.

Maj. Dames called the show to deny his involvement in the jump room program.

Then, in January 2012, through National Security Council spokesperson Tommy Vietor, Mr. Obama also denied that he was part of the 1980-83 CIA jump room program.

Mr. Mendez’ statements confirming the existence of the CIA’s jump room program and the roles played by Maj. Dames and Mr. Obama in it directly refute these denials.

The film is a tour de force on the science of extraterrestrial intervention and genetic manipulation of our Earth human species as seen through the genius of University of Hawaii geneticist William Brown. The film grows out of Occupy Adam's Calendar, a 280,000 year-old Anunnaki extraterrestrial site in South Africa. On November 28, 2011 international researchers including University of Hawaii geneticist William Brown joined activist and author Michael Tellinger to Occupy Adam's Calendar, break the cycle of Anunnaki occupation, and reveal it to the world.
